6T Electric Furnace Pulse Jet Dust Collector Efficient Air Pollution Control

Electric furnace pulse bag dust collector is an efficient air pollution control equipment,

mainly used to deal with high temperature dust flue gas ‌. Its working principle includes

the filtration stage, the pulse blowing ash cleaning stage and the dust treatment and

discharge stage. In the filtration stage, the dusty gas passes through the filter layer of

the cloth bag, the dust is captured, and the clean gas is discharged. When the dust on

the bag accumulates to a certain extent, the pulse blowing device starts, and the bag

expands and vibrates through high pressure gas, and the dust layer falls off. Finally,

the dust falling into the ash hopper can be discharged through the ash discharge device,

and the treated gas meets the emission standards.
The electric furnace pulse bag filter has many advantages, such as high purification

efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, easy operation, long

filter bag life and small maintenance workload. In addition, it is reformed in structure

and pulse valve to solve the problem of open placement and low pressure of

compressed air source.
