I. Working Principle
Through the effect of fan gravity, the smoke and dust are sucked
into the air inlet of the equipment through the collection cover.
Equipment inlet is equipped with a preliminary filter, sparks by
the preliminary filter is blocked, soot gas into the settlement
chamber, the use of gravity and upward airflow, first of all, the
coarse particles of dust directly down to the dustbin, particles of
soot is arrested on the outside surface of the filter element. The
clean gas is filtered and purified by the cartridge, and then
discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.
The dust collector can be made into a one-piece machine, can also
be connected separately, generally small dust collector made into a
one-piece, easy for customers to install and use, and is equipped
with casters, can be moved at any time workstation.

Operation is as follows:
(1) Push the equipment to the work site, the ground level, confirm
the connection of related accessories. Step down the fixed casters
of the equipment to prevent the equipment from sliding, and adjust
the hood opening of the suction arm or pipeline connection to a
suitable position.
(2) After connecting the power supply, turn on the total power
supply of the equipment, and then press the motor running switch,
and the equipment start-up indicator light will be lit.
(3) 72 hours after the normal use of the equipment, in order to
ensure the subsequent use of the effect and the life of the filter
cartridge (bag) is recommended to clean up the filter cartridge
(bag) on the attached dust.
(4) After using the equipment for a period of time, it is necessary
to clean up the dust hopper. As well as the need to pay attention
to the upper air intake bin, you need to open the box above the
fixed clamp, check the dust situation, and timely cleaning.
