1. Application

The welding smoke purifier produced by the company is a purification device designed for industrial welding smoke and light particles, it is light and flexible, easy to operate, it is also widely used in chemical, electronics, metal processing, tobacco, glass, pharmaceutical, food processing, purification room, hospital and other industries and other places with dust and smoke pollution.

2. Introduction

Through the gravitational action of the fan, the welding smoke and waste gas is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust suction cover. The air inlet of the equipment is equipped with a flame arrester, the spark is blocked by the flame arrester, and the smoke and dust gas enters the settling chamber. By using gravity and updraft, the coarse dust is first directly lowered to the ash hopper, the fine dust is captured by the filter core on the outer surface, and the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter core. Then the odor is removed by activated carbon adsorption, and finally the clean gas is discharged through the outlet.

Welding smoke purifier can be customized single-arm and double-arm models, can be used alone, can also be used in multiple clusters, easy to install, for the user basically no installation technical requirements. Flexible suction arm is imported PVC steel wire air pipe, corrosion resistance, 120℃ high temperature resistance, cover mouth with air volume control valve.
