After 200ml of simulated liquid is poured in, the surface remains dry and does not seep back. The three-dimensional leak-proof structure is precisely formed by heat pressing. The anti-side leakage protection of sanitary napkins has long-lasting elasticity, and the waist of diapers fits tightly without squeezing the skin. The leak-proof rate of the finished products all exceeds 98%, meeting the core demands of global users.
Skin-friendly material compatibility and adaptation:
It is compatible with various skin-friendly surface layers such as pure cotton and bamboo fiber, as well as degradable base films. The servo system precisely controls the fabric conveying tension to prevent fiber damage and ensure a soft protective feel. It supports adjusting the product thickness according to the regional climate. In tropical regions, the thin and light core is only 2-3mm, while in high-latitude regions, the thickened core can reach 5-6mm. This can be achieved without modifying the core equipment.
