following six parameters to ensure they match your equipment needs:
1. Rated Power (W): This determines the heating speed and heat
output and should be matched to the cup size (e.g., 9-ounce,
12-ounce) and production speed (e.g., 60-120 cups/minute). Higher
production speeds require higher power (typically, a single heating
tube has a power rating of 500W-2000W, with multiple tubes used in
combination). 2. Rated Voltage (V): Must match the paper cup
machine's power supply system. Common specifications are 220V
(single-phase) or 380V (three-phase). Voltage mismatches can result
in reduced heating efficiency or component burnout.
2. Operating Temperature Range: Paper cup production requires a controlled temperature range of 80°C-220°C (the melting temperature of the PE coating is approximately 110°C-160°C). The heating tube must be temperature-adjustable, and a safety margin must be provided for the maximum temperature to prevent overload.
3. Tube Diameter and Length (mm): Determined based on the space
available for the paper cup machine's heating station. For example,
the cup body heating tube typically has a diameter of 8mm-12mm and
a length of 150mm-300mm. Due to space constraints, the cup mouth
shaping tube typically has a diameter of 5mm-8mm.
4. Surface Material:
For contact heating (e.g., cup body bonding), choose 304/316
stainless steel (resistance to PE residue and easy cleaning).
For non-contact radiation (e.g., cup rim), choose high-purity
quartz glass (excellent light transmittance and high thermal
radiation efficiency).
5. Temperature Control Accuracy: High-quality heating elements
should maintain a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C to ±3°C to
prevent poor bonding or paper damage due to temperature
fluctuations.
