U-shaped silicon carbide rod
The U-shaped silicon carbide heating element is a non-metallic
high-temperature electrothermal element mainly made of silicon
carbide. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance,
oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, fast heating speed and
long service life, and is widely used in various high-temperature
electric furnaces.
Its product features are as follows:
Excellent high temperature resistance: The silicon carbide heating
element can work stably for a long time under high temperature
conditions, and the maximum operating temperature can reach about
1600℃. The U-shaped design enables it to provide a relatively large
heating area within a limited space, thus improving the heating
efficiency.
Strong oxidation resistance: Under high temperature, a dense layer
of silicon dioxide protective film will be formed on the surface of
the silicon carbide heating element, which can prevent further
erosion by oxygen and thus extend its service life.
Fast heating speed: Since the resistance value of the silicon
carbide heating element gradually increases with the increase of
temperature, it can heat up rapidly after being energized, saving
heating time.
Convenient installation: The shape design of the U-shaped silicon
carbide heating element makes it easy to be installed in various
