In an oxidizing atmosphere, it can operate normally at a temperature as high as 1450 °C, and continuous use can last for up to 2000 hours. Because of its high operating temperature, the silicon carbon rod has the features of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid temperature rise, long service life, little high-temperature deformation, easy installation and maintenance, and good chemical stability. When combined with an automated electronic control system, it can obtain accurate constant temperature and automatically adjust temperature according to the production process requirements.
