1. Main structure and function description
1. Telescopic frame system
Material: high-strength aluminum alloy or galvanized steel frame,
lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
Structure: modular design, horizontal/vertical telescopic expansion
and contraction through track sliding, the coverage range is
usually 5-30 meters (customizable).
Function: rapid expansion/contraction, adapting to workpieces of
different sizes, saving fixed site occupation.
2. Drive system
Composition: motor, gear set, track and limit device.
Control mode: remote control or PLC automatic control, support
uniform speed expansion and contraction, anti-stuck protection.
3. Sealing system
Side wall material: flame-retardant PVC cloth or double-layer
polyester fiber, high temperature resistant and airtight.
Bottom seal: magnetic strip or inflatable edge to ensure seamless
fit with the ground to prevent paint mist leakage.
4. Filtration and purification system
Primary filtration: paint mist filter cotton (efficiency ≥90%),
intercepting large particle pollutants.
Secondary filtration: Activated carbon adsorption or
photocatalytic device to treat VOCs harmful gases and meet
environmental emission standards.
5.Lighting system
Configuration: Explosion-proof LED light strip, evenly
distributed light without shadows, illumination ≥800lux.
Safety: IP65 protection level, suitable for high humidity and
dusty environment.
6.Control system
