Upper part → pre-degreasing (60℃) → Main degreasing (50℃) → Washing
1 → surface conditioning → phosphating → washing 2 → pure water
washing → drying → Transfer to spraying line
The AI visual inspection module can be selected to automatically
identify the contamination level of the workpiece and adjust the
spray parameters
Standard line body width 2.5-4m, support 5G remote operation and
maintenance (new feature in 2025)

workpiece size and process time)
