This production line is specially designed for the surface spraying of gun cabinet metal products, integrating pretreatment, spraying and curing processes in one, adapting to the line operation, with a standard production capacity of 200-300 pieces/day (calculated by 1.5×1m gun cabinet). Technical advantages: Uniformity of film thickness: plane area ≤±5μm, edge part ≥15μm Coating adhesion: Grid test Grade 0 (ASTM D3359) VOC emission: < 20mg/m³ (according to GB 37822-2019)

1. Pre-treatment system
• Nine-channel cleaning line: including degreasing, washing, phosphating and other processes, equipped with constant temperature heating device (temperature control accuracy ±2℃) • Tunnel drying furnace: stainless steel inner structure, hot air circulation system (working temperature 80-120℃)
Automatic spraying system
