Fire equipment powder coating production line is specially designed
for the surface treatment of fire equipment (such as fire
extinguishers, fire hydrants, pipelines, etc.), through
electrostatic powder spraying technology to form high temperature
resistance, corrosion resistance, fire retardant protective
coating, meet the GB/T 14561, UL/CE and other fire industry
standards. The production line integrates the functions of
high-precision spraying, intelligent temperature control,
environmental protection recycling , which is suitable for batch
painting of metal fire fighting equipment. Operation process for
feeding , pretreatment (sand blasting, degreasing and
phosphating) to pure water cleaning , ir preliminary drying ,
robot spraying , high temperature curing , quality
packaging. Comply with NFPA 70E (electrical safety), ISO 12944
(corrosion protection grade C5-M) standards.
The powder is fire resistant through UL 263 and supports custom
RAL color cards/fluorescent coatings.
1. Core equipment composition and function
1. pre-processing system
function : remove oil and rust on the surface of the spring,
and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Equipment includes :
sandblasting machine/shot blasting machine (surface roughness)
degreasing tank (alkaline solution cleaning) Washing tank (rinsing
residue)
Phosphating tank (added rust resistance, optional)
2. powder spraying system
electrostatic duster : The high voltage electrostatic generator
is used to make the powder charged and uniformly adsorbed to the
spring surface.
Adjustable gun Angle, air pressure and powder output, suitable for
different spring shapes.
powder supply center : store and circulate powder, equipped
with sifter to filter impurities.
3. curing system
high temperature curing furnace : Temperature range: 180~220℃
(depending on powder type). Heating method: electric heating or gas
heating, with hot air circulation function. Curing time: 10 to 30
minutes (make sure the coating is fully cross-linked).
automatic conveying system suspension chain/conveyor belt :
high temperature chain, bearing spring workpiece through each
process.
The speed can be adjusted (1~5m/min) to match the production
rhythm.
4. powder recovery system
cyclone separation + filter element recovery device : recovery
rate ≥95%, reduce powder waste. Equipped with pulse blowback device
to prevent blocking of filter element. Intelligent control system
PLC+ touch screen centralized control, real-time monitoring of
temperature, wind speed, spraying parameters. Fault alarm and data
recording function, support process parameters cloud storage.
