1, pretreatment equipment : this is the beginning of the
coating line, mainly used for the surface pretreatment of lighting

baking box : baking box plays a vital role in the coating

3, hanging conveying system : the hanging conveying system is
responsible for transporting the workpiece, so that it completes
the pre-treatment, spraying, curing and other processes in turn.
The system is mainly composed of a driving device, a tensioning
device, a rotating device, a traction chain, a sliding frame and a
track .
4, electronic control system : the electronic control system is
the brain of the whole spray painting line, which supplies power
for each equipment and realizes the automatic control and
coordination of each equipment .
5, environmental protection system : The environmental
protection system is used to treat the waste gas and waste water
generated in the painting process to ensure the environmental
protection and sustainability of the production line. Common
environmental protection equipment includes activated carbon filter
box, UV photooxygen catalytic combustion device, waste water
treatment equipment .
