Product Background
The miniaturization of sensors and breakthroughs in accuracy: With
the advancements in MEMS technology and optical processes, the ZT30
integrates a 640×512 resolution thermal imaging sensor, a 30x
optical zoom visible light camera (supporting 180x mixed zoom), a
2K wide-angle camera, and a 1200-meter laser rangefinder into a
compact body weighing only 870 grams. Its laser ranging accuracy
reaches 0.1 meters, the thermal imaging temperature measurement
range covers -20°C to +550°C, and it supports dual-light zoom
(thermal imaging and visible light synchronized magnification),
enabling precise capture of target temperature anomalies and
detailed features.
Pan-tilt control and algorithm collaboration: Utilizing a
high-precision 3-axis stabilized pan-tilt (angle vibration ±0.01°)
and infinite yaw rotation design, combined with Kalman filtering
and complementary filtering algorithms, it effectively compensates
for the drone's flight jitter. Through the self-developed SDK
protocol of Swaying Wings, it supports open-source ecosystems such
as Ardupilot and Mavlink and secondary development, achieving deep
collaboration with the flight control system.
AI-driven intelligent perception, with the optional Sway AI
tracking module (4T computing power), can identify multiple targets
such as pedestrians, vehicles, and ships. Through coordinated
control, it can achieve real-time following and anti-loss
functions, maintaining target lock in complex environments. For
example, in a fire-fighting scenario, combined with AI algorithms,
it can quickly locate the source of smoke and automatically track
the path of fire spread.
Security and emergency response, in border patrol and large-scale
event security, the multi-sensor combination of ZT30 can
simultaneously achieve visible light monitoring, thermal imaging
anomaly detection (such as tracking human heat sources at night)
and laser ranging positioning, helping security personnel quickly
lock on suspicious targets and plan interception paths. Its IP4X
waterproof rating and -10°C to 50°C operating temperature range
ensure stable operation in harsh climates.
Industrial inspection and infrastructure maintenance, in power
inspection, thermal imaging cameras can detect hotspots faults in
transmission lines, laser ranging instruments accurately locate the
distance of fault points, and visible light cameras capture
high-definition details. After data fusion, a three-dimensional
inspection report is generated, significantly improving operation
and maintenance efficiency. In industrial scenarios such as
automotive manufacturing, wide-angle cameras are used for global
monitoring of the production line, and zoom cameras focus on the
installation accuracy of key components to achieve quality control.
Environmental monitoring and smart cities, combining laser ranging
and thermal imaging technology, the ZT30 can monitor the
temperature gradient changes of forest fires and assist the fire
department in formulating firefighting strategies; in urban
planning, the wide-angle camera captures large-scale terrain, laser
ranging generates a digital elevation model, supporting 3D modeling
and disaster warning.
Logistics and agricultural intelligence, large storage centers use
the real-time positioning and tracking function of the ZT30 to
achieve automatic sorting and inventory management of goods; in the
agricultural field, thermal imaging analyzes crop transpiration,
visible light assesses growth status, laser ranging calculates the
area of farmland, and helps make precise agricultural decisions.
Data processing and interactive innovation, supporting the two-way
stitching of video streams (such as visible light + thermal imaging
+ wide-angle footage combination), and outputting through HDMI or
network port to third-party devices, facilitating multi-screen
collaborative work. The anti-loss function of the AI tracking
module ensures that tracking can be automatically resumed when the
target reappears, significantly improving task reliability.
Continuous technological iteration and open ecosystem, through
firmware upgrades to continuously optimize functions (such as
adding laser ranging coordinate overlay), and providing SDK
development interfaces, allowing users to customize exclusive
algorithms to meet the special needs of fields such as research and
public security. For example, the fire department can quickly
customize a smoke recognition model based on the UniAI training
platform and link it with ZT30 data in real time.
