Integrated Wastewater Lifting station
The integrated intelligent underground wastewater lifting station adopts a compact integrated device to automatically operate and discharge underground sewage. There is no need to worry about the frequent maintenance of the sewage pump. It is composed of a water storage tank, a sewage pump, a check valve, a water distributor, a solid-liquid separation device, a backwashing device, safety devices and accessories.
The main technical features are as follows:
1. The adoption of a precise solid-liquid separation device enables
automatic separation of debris from sewage, ensuring that the
impeller of the water pump does not come into contact with debris,
solving the problem of easy entanglement and damage of the impeller
of the water pump in traditional sewage lifting, which is a
revolutionary improvement in the discharge of underground toilet
sewage;
2. The unique backwashing device can effectively wash the sediment
in the water tank at any time to ensure that the water tank remains
clean automatically without sediment deposition;
3. The fully sealed design ensures that there is no odor leakage.
The specially designed ventilation device can effectively prevent
odor leakage and timely inhale air to prevent possible vacuum
phenomena in the water tank and ensure the safe and effective
operation of the equipment;
4. The unique safety reflux device ensures that even if the check
valve fails, there will be no sewage backflow phenomenon and it
will not affect the normal operation of the equipment;
The specifications of the pumping station can be flexibly selected according to user needs. Effective wastewater handling requires lift stations with valves, controls, pipes and pumps that all work together to meet your sewage handling needs.
Sewage lifting unit by Denor: our Sewage Lifting Device includes built-in type and external type, single or double pump stations, Stainless Steel, PE, or GRP materials.
A typical lifting unit is designed with a collecting tank housing a
lifting device – usually a pump. For increased operating
reliability some systems are also fitted with two pumps. Should one
pump fail, continued operation is ensured.
Grey water and waste water flow into the collecting tank via an
inlet line. If the water level in this intermediate storage tank
reaches a set level, the pump automatically starts up and lifts the
water into the sewer system via a discharge line. When the waste
water level in the collecting tank drops back down to the set
level, the pump stops automatically. The equipment adopts a single
pump or a double pump design that serves as a backup for each other
combined with automatic or PLC control.
Waste water and grey water lifting units by Denor provide reliable drainage below the flood level at all times in stationary or transportable installation, whether it is domestic waste water, municipal waste water or stormwater, waste water with or without faeces.
Wastewater Lifting Station Applications
Wastewater lifting units serve basement bathrooms, commercial
building additions, industrial facility expansions, municipal pump
stations, and any application where gravity drainage to the main
sewer system is not possible due to elevation constraints.
