Vertical long shaft pump for field irrigation
LC type farm irrigation vertical long-axis pump is an advanced and
mature series of products developed to meet the needs of the
domestic market by absorbing the advanced design and manufacturing
experience of vertical long-axis pumps at home and abroad. This
product can be used to transport liquids such as clean water below
55°C, rainwater, iron oxide water, sewage, corrosive industrial
wastewater, seawater, etc.; after special design, it can transport
liquids at 90°C. It is widely used in water companies, sewage
treatment plants, power plants, steel plants, mines and other
industrial and mining enterprises, as well as municipal water
supply and drainage, farmland irrigation, flood control and
drainage projects.

Note: The model format of 100 caliber and 150 caliber is
100LC50-20A×2-L, 150LC140-15A×2-L, where 50 and 140 represent the
design point flow of the pump. The model format of vertical
long-axis pumps with 200 caliber to 1000 caliber does not include
flow parameters.

● Structural features and working principle
The suction port of LC type vertical long-axis pump for farmland
irrigation is vertically downward, the outlet is horizontal,
vacuum-free startup is required, single foundation installation,
the water pump and motor are directly connected, and the foundation
occupies a small area; looking down from the motor end, the rotor
of the water pump rotates counterclockwise, and the main features
are
1. The hydraulic design software is used to optimize the design,
with superior performance, and full consideration is given to the
anti-abrasion performance of the impeller and guide vane body,
which greatly increases the life of the impeller, guide vane body
and other parts; the product runs smoothly, safely and reliably,
and is highly efficient and energy-saving.
2. The inlet of LC type energy-saving vertical long-axis pump is
equipped with a filter screen with appropriate hole size, which can
effectively prevent large particles of impurities from entering the
pump and damaging the pump, while minimizing the inlet loss and
improving the efficiency of the pump.
3. The impeller of LC type energy-saving vertical long-axis pump
adopts balance hole to balance the axial force. The front and rear
covers of the impeller are equipped with replaceable sealing rings
to protect the impeller and guide vane body.
4. The rotor components of LC type energy-saving vertical long-axis
pump include impeller, impeller shaft, intermediate shaft, upper
shaft, coupling, adjusting nut and other parts.
5. The intermediate shaft, water pipe and protective pipe of LC
type energy-saving vertical long shaft pump are multi-section, and
the shaft is connected by threaded coupling or sleeve coupling; the
number of water pipes can be increased or decreased according to
user needs to adapt to different underwater depths. The impeller
and guide vane body can be single-stage or multi-stage to adapt to
different lift requirements.
6. The length of a single shaft is reasonable and the rigidity is
sufficient.
7. The water pipe of LC type energy-saving vertical long-axis pump
is connected by flange, and there is a guide bearing body between
two adjacent sections of water pipe. Guide bearings are installed
on the guide bearing body and the guide vane body. The guide
bearings are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, ceron or nitrile
rubber. The protective tube is used to protect the shaft and guide
bearing. When conveying clean water, the protective tube can be
cancelled, and the guide bearing does not need to be connected to
external cooling and lubricating water; when conveying sewage, the
protective tube must be installed, and the guide bearing must be
connected to external cooling and lubricating water (the water pump
is equipped with a self-closing sealing system. After the water
pump is stopped, the self-closing sealing system can prevent sewage
from entering the guide bearing).
8. The residual axial force and weight of the rotor components of
the LC type energy-saving vertical long-axis pump can be borne by
the thrust bearing in the motor support or by the motor with thrust
bearing. The thrust bearing is lubricated with grease (also known
as dry oil lubrication) or lubricating oil (also known as thin oil
lubrication).
9. The shaft seal of LC type energy-saving vertical long shaft pump
is a packing seal, and the shaft seal and guide bearing are
equipped with replaceable sleeves to protect the shaft. The axial
position of the impeller is adjusted by the upper end of the thrust
bearing component or the adjusting nut in the pump coupling, which
is very convenient.
10. LC type energy-saving vertical long-axis pumps with outlet
diameters of φ100 and φ150 are only used to transport clean water
at room temperature, without protective tubes, and the guide
bearings do not require external lubrication with lubricating
water; if the user requires φ100 and φ150 caliber vertical
long-axis pumps with protective tubes, our company can provide
additional technical solutions.
●Selection instructions :
1. The performance of LC vertical long-axis pumps can be found in
the performance parameter table. The parameters listed in the table
are the test performance of clean water at room temperature without
water pipes and filters under one atmosphere; when calculating the
head of the device, the loss of water pipes and filters is
estimated as 1m per 5m.
2. The motor is configured according to γ≤1100kg/M 3. YLS is a 6kV motor, and a 10kV motor can be equipped as needed.
3. When ordering, please indicate the pump model, performance
parameters, liquid type (see "Main Parts Material Table"), material
of main parts, submerged depth L, whether it has a protective tube,
etc.; when transporting sewage, the maximum size of sewage
particles and sewage specific gravity must also be provided.
4. If the temperature of the conveyed liquid is greater than 55°C,
it must be indicated.
