​Sungallon Polymers' premium SBS-based TPR Granules for Paintable Toy Dolls offer excellent paint adhesion properties for toy manufacturing, available in standard white/transparent or custom colors, optimized for injection molding and blow molding processes.

Material properties include:

GP410-45 grade with Shore A hardness 45 (ASTM D2240), specific gravity 0.95 (ASTM D792), tensile strength 4 MPa (ASTM D412), elongation at break 650%; GP410-9202 grade with hardness 90, specific gravity 0.97, tensile strength 11 MPa, elongation 500%;

GP420-6003 grade with hardness 60, specific gravity 1.08, tensile strength 4.2 MPa, elongation 400%; GP420-8003 grade with hardness 80, specific gravity 1.08, tensile strength 5.5 MPa, elongation 350%.

Compliant with ROHS, REACH, BPA-free, Phthalate-free, Halogen-free, and EN71-3 safety standards. Manufactured at a 40,000m² facility in Guanlan, Shenzhen with 40,000 tons/year capacity, holding ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, supported by an 8-engineer R&D team with academic partnerships.
