As one of the most technologically advanced sleeve labeling
machines in the world, the Peiyu high-speed roller sleeve labeling
machine only requires one unit and can package up to 48,000
containers per hour.
Compared with traditional machines, the sleeve labeling process and
design principle eliminate the label burrs caused by the cutter
disc cutting. The Peiyu high-speed sleeve labeling machine adopts a
cutter disc-free design, and uses a unique drive control and
brush-down mechanism to continuously move the labels to separate
them, rather than intermittent operation in a beat-like manner,
thereby achieving high-speed sleeve labeling packaging.
The rotary perforation tool is used to pierce micro-holes on the
sleeve label, with zero burrs, and the sleeve label works
continuously without beat pauses.
SPC-650 is the fifth gencration of sleeve labeling machine which is
developed by Peiyu packaging technology.

5.Steam shrinkage furnace (steam proportional valve controlled constant temperature shrinkage furnace)
(1).Main structure of steam shrinking furnace:
1)Main accessories of steam boiler: stop valve, filter, pressure
gauge, pressure reducing valve, angle seat valve, manual ball
valve, steam trap.
2)The secondary pressure reducing valve is made of Japanese Valve
or equivalent brand products, with stable quality and performance.
(2).Main features of steam shrinking furnace:
1)The shrinking furnace is uniquely designed according to the
shrinking characteristics of the label. The height and width of the
nozzle can be adjusted according to different bottle types. The
external perspective window can observe the entire shrinking
process. The shrinkage is divided into 3 temperature zones
(standard configuration). The temperature of each shrinking zone
can be adjusted according to the shrinking requirements to achieve
the best shrinking effect.
2)Two decompressions, the first decompression to 0.4Mpa, the second
decompression to 0.1Mpa (adjustable according to the actual label
characteristics and shrinking requirements).
3)The unique inlet and outlet design can condense steam to prevent
steam leakage.
4)The integrated adjustable exhaust duct design can adjust the
exhaust volume according to the shrinkage of each section and can
send the steam away under the action of the fan, which is
beneficial to the workshop working environment.

for factory trial free of charge;

7.Quality Assurance for the fifth generation fully automatic shrink
sleeve applicator customized for the 30000BPH drinks production
line is being tested in the workshop:
(1).The company guarantees that the goods provided are brand new,
unused, made of the latest design and suitable materials, and meet
the quality, specifications and performance specified in the
technical contract in all aspects;
(2).The company guarantees that after the production line is
properly guided, installed and debugged, the equipment will reach
the various technical performance indicators of the product within
15 days of the entire system being put into operation;
(3).The company guarantees that within the quality assurance period
specified in the contract, it will be responsible for defects,
failures and damages of the production line caused by defects in
the design, process, manufacturing, installation, debugging or
materials provided and the quality of the seller's equipment;
(4).The equipment quality assurance period is 12 months after the
acceptance of the production line. If during the quality assurance
period, it is found that the quality or specifications of the
equipment do not meet the contract provisions, or it is proved that
the equipment is defective (including potential defects or the use
of unqualified materials, etc.), the buyer has the right to propose
rectification to the seller within the product quality assurance
period according to the inspection certificate issued by the
statutory department;
(5).The company guarantees the mechanical properties of the
equipment provided, the quality of the product and the consumption
indicators of the product.
8.Equipment warranty for the fifth generation fully automatic
shrink sleeve applicator customized for the 30000BPH drinks
production line is being tested in the workshop:
(1).After the equipment is accepted, a 12-month warranty is
provided, and the control system (standard Huichuan brand) provides
a 24-month warranty; during the warranty period, our company will
provide users with free spare parts and timely and effective
services (wearing parts are not covered by the warranty);
(2).If the equipment fails and needs to be repaired on site, our
company guarantees that the maintenance personnel will rush to the
customer's site within 48 hours to help the customer eliminate the
fault in time (except for force majeure);
(3).After the warranty period, our company will provide users with

9.Packaging and transportation for the fifth generation fully

(1)Sleeve labeler host:
The Sleeve labeler consists of the main frame and enclosure, operating box, twin-screw bottle separation assembly, conveying assembly, head assembly, driving assembly, driven assembly, label correction assembly (with static eliminator), rolling knife continuous label cutting assembly, electric eye assembly, brush down assembly, feeding assembly, film picking assembly, center column, bottle belt assembly, brush assembly, etc.
(2).Features and advantages of Peiyu high-speed Sleeve labeler:
1) Label correction system:
During high-speed operation, the label is corrected dynamically in real time to ensure stable operation of the equipment and accurate label delivery. The correction system is equipped with a static eliminator;
2)Roller cutting component:
The continuous roller cutting design replaces the traditional intermittent label cutting. The rotating perforating tool punches micro holes in the label, eliminating the burrs caused by the traditional knife disc cutting of the label. The knife disc-free design increases the service life of the knife set.
3)Continuous drive label delivery:
Instead of the traditional intermittent drive label feeding, the label separation is realized through motion control, the differential speed of the brushing mechanism and the drive is continuously operated.
The label delivery wheel and brush lower wheel are clamped
vertically by pneumatic automatic clamps, which effectively avoids
excessive wear of the rubber-coated wheel or unstable label
delivery caused by over-tightening or over-loosening due to lack of
experience.
The integral machine head lifting mechanism is easy to debug.
4)Bottle separation components:
The unique twin-screw bottle separation makes the bottles more stable during high-speed production and ensures the accuracy of labeling.

(3)Introduction of Sleeve labeler:
1)Main frame and enclosure: The overall design adopts a wide column
design. The transparent frame design is beautiful and generous,
easy to disassemble, easy to install and maintain. The outer frame
is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean, prevent
corrosion, and meet the standards of the food industry.
2)The main frame adopts a bent column design for easy installation
and processing. Before processing, a special positioning hole will
be specially designed to ensure the accuracy of the main frame. The
ingenious design of the step can be directly pulled open during
use, which is convenient for debugging and installation. The power
distribution cabinet and the main frame are designed as an integral
type, which is convenient for installation and transportation.
3)Feeding assembly, using gravity roller buffer with position
sensor constant tension control, can adjust the feeding speed
according to the actual operating status of the labeling machine at
all times to meet the precise feeding of different products in
different operating states.
4) Brushing and driving assembly, the brushing adopts dual servo as
the drive to meet the different label lengths and different outputs
and accurately control the label feeding length. The differential
control of the drive and brushing makes the label break smoothly,
replacing the traditional knife disc cutting label.
5)The bottle assembly uses dual servos as a drive to meet the needs
of different products and outputs. The movement of the dual servo
motors can adjust different line speeds according to different
outputs to accurately match the labeling speed. This mechanism can
be adjusted up and down, and the width can be adjusted to meet the
needs of different products. The operation of the position display
makes it easier for users to adjust.
6)The brush assembly adopts a sheet metal structure design as a
whole. The brush uses wellhead materials and can operate at high
speed conditions to meet the needs of different products. The
operation of the position display makes it easier for users to
adjust.
(4).Multi-roll label feeding system (multi-roll prefabricated docking feeding trolley)
(5).Features and advantages of multi-roll prefabricated splicing loading trolley:
The matching high-speed sleeve labeling machine can realize
continuous operation and minimize the frequency of label change
downtime.
1)The multi-roll prefabricated splicing feeding trolley has two
forms, left and right, which can be configured according to the
actual needs of customers. The multi-roll prefabricated splicing

for: label mandrel diameter 6 inches and 10 inches, and the maximum
