the conveying is smooth. The unique film unwinding and shearing
device, the film constant tension conveying, can simply and

The temperature controller adopts a digital display temperature
controller with a built-in PID function. The temperature sensing is

conveyor net chain has a uniform mesh, high mesh strength, stable
transmission, high wear resistance and long service life.
7.1.Bottle feeding conveyor is responsible for conveying the
product to the bottle separation mechanism. The conveyor belt
adopts Regina 610 series mesh belt. The fully enclosed top surface
can provide excellent product support, avoid bottle falling, and is
durable. At the same time, the use of small pitch mesh chain is
more conducive to the smooth transition of products at the
conveying end. The entrance adopts micro-vibration bottle
separation method, which can smoothly separate the products and
effectively prevent bottle jams. Bottle feeding conveyor is divided
into two sections, front conveyor and rear conveyor, which can
effectively relieve the pressure of bottle feeding, control and
main machine to form a pressure-free conveying relationship, which
is conducive to the splitting of bottle groups.

7.2.The main machine adopts a fully enclosed frame design. The
entire mechanical part is completely placed in the safety
protection door and is equipped with a safety switch to protect the
safety of the operator.

motors to control bottle separation, film application, film

7.5.The bottle separation mechanism adopts a double servo combined with a cam structure, which makes the bottle separation accurate and reliable.

captures the mark, and the servo motor controls the film feeding

7.10.The heat shrinking furnace has a reasonable structure, heat
insulation, high temperature control accuracy, and low heat loss.
The heat shrinking furnace consists of three parts: the heating
furnace channel, the furnace conveyor chain, and the outlet
conveyor. The furnace conveyor chain and the heating furnace
channel form a complete heat shrinking furnace body. The furnace
conveyor chain is responsible for transporting the wrapped package
through the heating furnace channel. The hot furnace channel heats
and shrinks the wrapped package, so that the film shrinks evenly at
the set temperature, adheres closely to the surface of the package,
and wraps the package tightly to achieve the desired packaging
purpose. The outlet conveyor is responsible for rapidly cooling the
film on the surface of the heated and shrunk package, so that the
