1) Filling machine:
The overall structure is advanced, simple and reasonable. Filling constant temperature control: The filling cylinder is equipped with a temperature sensor and two-point temperature detection. a reverse cap discharge return device is installed at the outlet of

machine will stop if there is no cap.

The palletizer automatically stacks cartons that have been loaded

PLC+touch screen control to achieve intelligent operation and
management, which is simple and easy to master.

Process:
(1) Carton input part
Carton conveying device
According to the set arrangement method, the cartons are forced to
turn or convey to achieve the purpose of sorting and sorting.
Sorting device
The supply conveyor belt pushes the sorted first column of cartons
into the lifting device with a cylinder and then pushes them into
the second and third columns in turn to form a sorting.
(2) Automatic palletizing device

forward to the top of the palletizing device, and is placed

When a pallet reaches the number of stacking layers, a signal is
issued to push the actual pallet out of the palletizing section,
