3. Main equipment and introduction:
1). Seasoning glass bottle washing machine:
This equipment is suitable for washing glass bottles in beer,
beverage, liquor, seasoning industry, etc., and has super
water-saving and energy-saving characteristics.
The water inlet pressure and flow rate are adjustable to reduce
water consumption during shutdown and different bottle types.
Reduce the spray aperture and increase the number of cycle sprays.
The circulating water can be connected to other equipment such as
box washing machine for recycling.
The heat energy exchange between the last alkali tank and the first

2). Seasoning filling machine:

5).Condiment palletizer:
The single-column palletizing machine is composed of an acceleration belt, a steering stacking roller, a case arrangement table, a column, a beam, a pallet divider and a roller conveyor, and it is suitable for stacking various packages such as carton, plastic case, shrink film package or other packaging pieces.
The workflow, the machine is automatically stack the cartons on the pallet layer by layer according to the pre designed stack type. Under the combined action of single column lifting mechanical structure and pushing box structure stacking to a specified height and the cartons stack is passed through the roller conveyor line moved to the forklift and transported to the warehouse for storage.
