1.Full Can Depalletizer Introduction:
High position de-palletizer are mainly used for empty bottles (tin
cans, glass bottles, etc.). It mainly consists of conveying line,
suction insert plate, unloading mechanism, main frame, stack
receiver, bottle net chain, single column storage inscrt plate and
etc.
1).The conveyor line is driven by chain, the movement is stable and
reliable, and more than two products can be pre-stored in the
position.
2).The equipment has a clip and suction insert plate device, which
can make the automatic dc-palletizing, and the cmpty can de-
palletizers automatic collects the insert plate and pallet after
the de-palletization is completed.
3).The whole machine is controlled by PLC linkage control, with the
touch-screen operating system, it is very easy and convenient to
operate, and it can handle exception problem quickly.
The low position bottles de-palletizer is use for automatically
unload the empty bottles from the stack layer by layer. The
hydraulic lifting platform is placed below the ground, and the
height of the entrance conveyor and exit height is lower than high
position de-palletizer,

2.Equipment principle:
The full can depalletizer is composed of mesh chain conveyor,
partition suction mechanism, transfer mechanism (if the product is
an iron can, it can be designed as a magnetic suction mechanism),
single column, stacking machine, bottle pressing mechanism, main
frame, chain conveyor and other main parts.
The product is placed on the chain line by a forklift, and the
chain line transports the product to the unloading position of the
main frame. The main body lifts and lifts the entire stack so that
the bottom of the first layer of products is flush with the
conveying surface. The can pusher pushes the first layer of
products to the mesh chain conveyor, and the partition suction
mechanism sucks up the partitions on the stack layer, and transfers
and sucks them to the single column for collection. This
reciprocating action is repeated until the product is unpalletized,
the main body lifts and descends, and the pallet falls to the chain
line, and the chain line transports the pallet to the stacking
machine for collection, and the unpalletizing process is completed.

7.Quality Assurance for ODM Full Can Plastic Bottle Depalletizer

(1).The company guarantees that the goods provided are brand new,
unused, made of the latest design and suitable materials, and meet
the quality, specifications and performance specified in the
technical contract in all aspects;
(2).The company guarantees that after the production line is
properly guided, installed and debugged, the equipment will reach
the various technical performance indicators of the product within
15 days of the entire system being put into operation;
(3).The company guarantees that within the quality assurance period
specified in the contract, it will be responsible for defects,
