1.Introduction of paper tray heat shrink film packaging machine:
The one-piece fully automatic paper tray drinking water heat shrink film packaging machine is a new type of packaging equipment designed and manufactured based on the characteristics of packaging film shrinking when heated. It can automatically arrange individual products, group them, push bottles with servo, wrap the film with servo, and finally form a collective package through heating and shrinking, cooling and shaping. The packaged products are firmly tied, with a regular and beautiful appearance, saving packaging costs.
Equipment composition:
The paper tray heat shrink film packaging machine is mainly composed of four parts:
bottle feeding conveyor, main machine, heat shrink furnace and film feeding car. The main machine includes the following structural components: frame, bottle conveyor, bottle conveyor group, bottle pushing group, large belt conveyor group, small belt conveyor group, main transmission group, film cutting group, film picking group, film pulling group, film feeding group, cardboard storage and conveyor, cardboard taking mechanism, cardboard climbing mechanism, bottom support forming mechanism, forming conveyor group, transition conveyor group, lane conveyor group and operation screen; the heat shrink furnace includes the following structural components: heating furnace channel, furnace bottle conveyor net chain, safety protection door and outlet cooling conveyor group.

The paper tray heat shrink film packaging machine is widely used in
water production line, beverage production line, canned food
production line, pet food production line, beer production line,
liquid seasoning production line, etc.
3.Process flow for paper tray heat shrink film packaging machine:
conveying, sorting, grouping, film feeding, film picking rod
wrapping, shrinking, cooling, finished product output.
The product is evenly distributed to each channel from the bottle
conveyor at the entrance and checked for bottle shortage. It is
divided into the required arrangement by the dual servo bottle
separation mechanism and then pushed to the film picking belt by
the bottle push rod mechanism.
Packaging with bottom support: A picker composed of a group of
vacuum suction cups continuously picks up the cardboard from the
storage conveyor and places it on the cardboard climbing mechanism.
The cardboard climbs along the slope and then gently places it
under the bottle being conveyed.
Bottom support forming station: A special mechanical device folds
the front and back edges of the cardboard, sprays hot melt adhesive
on the side folds, and then folds to form a paper support.
Film package: It is pushed to the film picking belt by the forming
conveyor group and the transition conveyor group. The film roll
passes from the film placing device through the film splicing
mechanism (used for hot splicing of the film head when changing the
film roll), and then is sent to the film cutting mechanism through
the film tensioning mechanism. When the product passes, the film is
sent out from the bottom at the same time, and the film is picked
up by the film picking mechanism to wrap the film on the belt
conveyor. Finally, it is sent out by the small belt conveyor and
enters the heat shrinking furnace to complete the heat shrink film
packaging.
The paper tray film wrapping machine has two packaging functions:
paper tray plus film wrapping and separate heat shrink film
wrapping. It is easy to switch according to the packaging form of
specific products.
4.Packaging machine:
The packaging machine is mainly composed of a frame, a bottle
separation mechanism, a bottle pushing mechanism, a film placing
mechanism, a film wrapping mechanism, etc.
4.1.1.The bottle feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying the
PET bottles to the bottle separation mechanism, which is divided
into two parts: front conveying and rear conveying
4.1.2The bottle separation mechanism is responsible for sorting the
PET bottles according to the packaging requirements so as to
realize the film wrapping.
4.1.3.The bottle pushing mechanism is responsible for pushing the
grouped PET bottles forward and wrapping them with film.
4.1.4.The film unwinding is responsible for supplying the film to
wrap the grouped PET bottles.
4.1.5.Film wrapping: The supply length of the shrink film is
automatically set according to the size of the package, and the
automatic film wrapping is completed synchronously during the
forward movement of the product.
5.Heat shrink machine (single channel):
The heat shrink machine consists of three parts: heating and
shrinking, cooling and shaping, and product conveying.
5.1.1 Heating and shrinking:
The shrink machine heats and shrinks the wrapped package, so that
the film shrinks evenly at the set temperature, adheres to the
surface of the package, and wraps the package tightly to achieve
the desired packaging purpose.
The temperature controller adopts a digital display temperature
controller with built-in PID function. The temperature sensing is
sensitive and accurate and can be set at will. During operation,
the temperature of six parts in the heat shrink furnace cavity is
detected by thermocouples, and the heating state of the heating
tube is automatically adjusted to ensure that the heating
temperature in the furnace cavity is constant within the set
temperature range.
The air volume and pressure of the furnace can be controlled by
variable frequency. During operation, the heat of the heating tube
is blown out from the two side walls and bottom of the heat shrink
furnace cavity through the centrifugal fan, and acts on the wrapped
product. This equipment has a total of 6 fans, each of which is
composed of an extended shaft motor customized by our company and a
special multi-wing centrifugal impeller. According to the running
direction of the equipment, every two fans correspond to a heating
zone and a forming zone. According to the hot forming process of
the wrapped product, the fan speed of each heating forming zone can
be set by frequency conversion to achieve the required air volume
and air pressure for forming.
The air volume and air outlet position in the heat shrink furnace
can be adjusted at will. According to the hot forming process of
the wrapped product, the air volume and air outlet position of a
certain section of the heating forming zone can be adjusted by
mechanically adjusting the inner wall of the furnace cavity and the
bottom air volume adjustment plate.
The required temperature for packaging is 200°~280°, the heating
time is 30-40min, the heating tube power is 800Kw, and the outer
wall temperature of the heating furnace is 30°~50°.
5.1.2. Cooling and shaping:
Cooling and shaping is responsible for quickly cooling the film on
the surface of the heated and shrunk packaging, so that the film
quickly becomes a high-strength state for easy handling.
The outlet of the heat shrink furnace is equipped with 6 sets of
heat dissipation fans, which are transported by open mesh belts, so
that the wrapping film can be quickly cooled and formed into a
high-strength state.
5.1.3. Product conveying:
The stainless steel conveyor mesh chain has a tight and uniform
mesh spacing, high mesh strength, stable transmission, and high
wear resistance; the machine can be independently controlled, and
the motor speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion to match
the speed of the main machine of the film wrapping machine.
The packaged items are conveyed to the non-powered conveyor roller;
the non-powered conveyor roller can play a role of temporary
storage, which is convenient for personnel to stack or carry.
