I. Multi-media filter:
This system is to remove suspended matter, particles and colloids

and disinfectant (e.g. chlorine) in the process of raw water
purification and before the water is delivered to the factory. Some
analyses show that tap water in the ‘three substances THMS

water quality.
Removal of ammonia and nitrite
Activated carbon can effectively remove ammonia and nitrite.
It removes residual chlorine or oxidants and protects the
cartridges of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.

III. Softener (scale/hardness removal)
The softener removes calcium and magnesium ions from the water
through the action of a strong acid-type cationic resin, so that
the hardness of the water is <0.03meg/L (CaCO3), thus reducing
scale. The softener uses one stainless steel tank, water
production: 3000/hr. This tank is corrosion-resistant, robust and
no other substances are released. The control valve is robust,
wear-resistant and easy to maintain. This water softening system
can be set according to the raw water quality to produce water and
regeneration cycle. The water softener is equipped with
high-efficiency strong acid cation resin, with uniform granularity,

volume. The salt suction system of the water softener is equipped
with liquid level, filtration and automatic water return function,
which can effectively prevent the pollutants in the salt tank from
entering the softened water system during regeneration and can
fully dissolve the regenerant so that the regeneration reaches the
