Cr20Ni80 Wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire, mainly composed of 20% chromium (Cr) and 80% nickel (Ni), with high resistivity, excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature stability. Resistivity: At 20°C, the resistivity is usually 1.09-1.20 μΩ·m. Density: 8.4 g/cm³. Melting point: about 1400℃.
Cr20Ni80 Wire is widely used in electric heating equipment and high temperature industrial fields, suitable for manufacturing electric heating elements, resistors, thermocouples and high temperature heating equipment components. It is particularly suitable for periodic heat treatment furnaces with working temperatures below 1000℃, such as carburizing furnaces, bell furnaces, ammonia decomposition furnaces, etc. In addition, it is also used for high-grade electric heating tubes and high-grade household electric heaters.
