Product Description


AIMLASER's uniform line laser diode modules use a Powell lens to generate evenly distributed laser lines with high precision and stability. These modules' narrow linewidth laser beam, laser intensity and energy are high uniformly, making them suitable for machine vision, 3D scanning, laser profilometers, industrial robotics, and surface defect detection. Available wavelengths range from 405nm to 850nm, with output power and other specifications customizable to application needs.


The well-distribution line laser projectors feature laser diodes from Arima, Osram, and Nichia and comply with ROHS, FDA, IEC, and SGS standards. Ultrafine line widths can be 10µm, fan angles from 10° to 120°, focus can be fixed or focusable, and input voltages of 3V to 24V DC. Wavelengths include 405nm, 445nm, 450nm, 520nm, 532nm, 635nm, 650nm, 660nm, 780nm, and 850nm, with output power 1-400mW.
