Product Description


The Uniform Line Laser Diode Module with Powell Lens design projects well-distributed, narrow laser lines with high stability and reliability. The uniformly distributed line laser subassembly with a collimated beam serves as the laser source, maker, generator, and projector for precise line positioning and locating guidance. It is compact, easy to operate, and widely used in machine vision systems, laser profilometers, 3D smart cameras, industrial robotics, 3D scanning, surface defect detection, and 360° pipeline inspection.


AIMLASER provides customized uniform line laser diode modules, with uniform distribution of laser intensity, energy, beam, and light. The finest line width can reach 10µm, with fan angles ranging from 10° to 90°, and available wavelengths include 405nm, 445nm, 450nm, 520nm, 532nm, 635nm, 650nm, 660nm, 780nm, 850nm with different output power, input voltages from 3V to 24V DC. Focus is either fixed or adjustable.
