TPE3 100-180 S-A-F-A-BQQE-IWB
A close-coupled single-stage volute pump with coaxial suction and
discharge ports of the same diameter. The water pump has an upper
pull-out design. For example, the power head (motor, pump head and
impeller) can be disassembled for maintenance while the pump casing
remains connected to the pipeline. The shaft seal complies with the
DIN EN 12756 standard. The connection of the pipeline is achieved
through PN 16 DIN flanges (in accordance with the EN 1092-2 and ISO
7005-2 standards). An air-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor
is installed on the water pump. According to the IEC 60034-30-2
standard, the energy efficiency of this motor is at the IE5 level.
A frequency converter and a PI controller are included in the
terminal box of the motor. This enables the system to continuously
adjust the rotational speed of the motor, allowing the water pump
to be adjusted to the optimal operating state according to the
environmental conditions. A combined temperature and differential
pressure sensor is installed on the water pump.
