Wilo-CronoLine-IL-E Centrifugal Pump for Specific Media Conveying

The Wilo CronoLine - IL - E is a numerically controlled dry rotor
single-head pump with a series structure. It is suitable for
conveying specific media in heating, refrigeration, and cooling
systems. It has a variety of advanced functions and features, can
meet the requirements of different working conditions, and Wilo
provides related services to ensure its operation.
- Significant Energy Saving: The integrated electronic power adjustment device saves energy,
and the use of IE4 motor technology and hydraulic components with
MEI ≥ 0.4 further saves energy.

operate, and the operating parameters can be set and the pump can
be controlled in various ways.

protection with a tripping electronic device (PTC thermistor

It has flange connection and automatic power adjustment, and

in heating, cold water, and cooling systems.
For example, IL - E 50/190 - 11/2 - R1. "IL - E" represents a
series pump with an electronic controller. "50" is the nominal
diameter DN of the pipe connection. "190" is the nominal impeller
diameter. "11" is the rated power P2 of the motor (kW). "2" is the
number of poles. "-R1" is the model without a pressure sensor.
- Temperature range: -20°C to +140°C. The mechanical seal is suitable
for different temperature and medium conditions, and there are
recommended models for water-glycol mixtures.
- Power connection: A variety of voltage and frequency ranges meet
the electromagnetic compatibility standard.
- Protection level: IP55.
- Nominal diameter: DN 40 to DN 200.
- Maximum working pressure: 16 bar (+120°C), 13 bar (+140°C).
- Pump casing and coupling bracket: EN - GJL - 250.
- Impeller: The standard is EN - GJL - 200, and special
specifications include bronze CuSn 10 and stainless steel 1.4408.
