MDO Stretching Roll Description:

The stretching roller is a key component in the production line of biaxially oriented films (BOPP, BOPET, etc.) and is used to achieve longitudinal stretching during the film production process. The MDO stretching roller stretches the film uniaxially by precisely controlling the stretch ratio and temperature to improve its mechanical properties, optical properties and surface characteristics.

1: Film quality improvement: The defects such as crystal points and streaks are reduced, and the yield is increased by 5%-10%.
