Customized Heat Resource Top Loading Powder Coating Curing Oven
Polymerization Oven
Applications: Our Powder Curing Chamber is suitable for various
coating applications, including automotive, aerospace, electronics,
furniture, and more. It accommodates a wide range of coated
materials and part sizes, making it ideal for diverse industries.
The oven plate is assembled with mechanized conforming insulation
board and lined with a steel structure skeleton. On both sides of
the oven, there are air outlets made of galvanized steel plate. The
front and rear of the oven are equipped with roller shutter doors
made of insulation material.
The gas heat exchanger is installed at the top of the oven and
connected to the oven outlet duct through a duct.
