Key steps of Using Thermoplastic Paint:
- Surface Preparation
- Clean the road surface thoroughly—sweep away dirt, dust, and debris, and use a blower or pressure washer if needed.
- Ensure the surface is completely dry; moisture prevents bonding.
- Remove oil, grease, or old markings (e.g., by grinding or blasting) that could interfere.
- Optionally, apply a primer or tack coat (especially on concrete or worn asphalt) to improve adhesion.

- Load the thermoplastic material (pellets, blocks, or powder) into a melting kettle or pre-heater.
