Phoenix-7 Porcelain Furnace prioritizes precision in every firing
cycle. Its adjustable vacuum system (1-101%) is a standout feature,

This is particularly important for posterior crowns, which endure
heavy chewing forces.
The furnace’s rapid heating rate (200°C per minute) allows for
quick transitions between critical temperature stages, such as
oxidation, opaque firing, and glaze firing. This speed not only
boosts productivity but also reduces the risk of thermal shock to
the workpiece, preserving the integrity of delicate porcelain
layers.
With a maximum temperature of 1200°C, it handles high-fusing
porcelains with ease, ensuring optimal hardness and resistance to
wear. The extended holding time (up to 2 hours and 46 minutes)
provides flexibility for technicians to refine shades and textures,
achieving a perfect match to natural teeth.
The 9cm diameter furnace core platform is sized to fit most single
crowns and small bridges, while the durable construction (20kg net
weight) ensures stability during long firing cycles. For global
labs, its compatibility with 100-120V and 230V power systems (14.5A
