Product Details
The column and boom welding manipulators are designed to undertake
circular or longitudinal welding tasks for TIG, MIG/MAG or SAW
welding processes. The elevation mechanism allows the column to be
raised or lowered, adjusting the height of the boom to accommodate
various workpieces and welding positions.
The Articulated arm is fixed at the end of the crossbeam to
accommodate workpieces with different radii. The Articulated arm is
divided into 5 sections, with each section connected by hinges,
allowing for angle adjustment and locking. Articulated arms will
form different shapes based on the unused workpieces.
The Motor slide kit and Electric rotary bearing provide three
degrees of freedom for adjustment to achieve different welding
postures.
