Main application scenarios Home appliance production The assembly of televisions, refrigerators, ovens, coffee makers, and water dispensers all require the fastening of pan head screws. For the installation of large-sized televisions, a large number of pan head screws are needed to connect them. Automobile production The fastening of engine components and the connection of interior parts require pan head screws. Furniture assembly Connectors, hinges, or shelves used to secure fiberboard furniture such as cabinets, bookshelves, drawers, etc. Suitable for installing non high load-bearing parts such as backboards and side panels. Fnterior decoration Fixed skirting boards, decorative lines, wall panels and other fiberboard materials. Install bases for lightweight electrical appliances such as lighting fixtures and switch panels. |
Advantages of galvanized pan head screws Rust and corrosion resistance The surface zinc layer isolates water vapor and oxygen, making it suitable for humid environments such as bathroom furniture and outdoor scaffolding. It has a lifespan 3-5 times longer than ordinary steel screws. Electrogalvanizing (cold plating) has low cost and hot-dip galvanizing has stronger protection (zinc layer thickness can reach 50-100 μ m). Economical and practical The price is only 1/3-1/2 of stainless steel screws, suitable for scenarios with limited budget but requiring rust prevention. The contact area under force is large The diameter of the disc head is larger (compared to round/flat heads), which disperses pressure and prevents the screw head from getting stuck in soft materials such as plastic and wood fiberboard. High adaptability of manual tools The edge of the disc head is straight and fits tightly with a Phillips screwdriver, making it less likely to slip and suitable for manual tightening. Strong preload force The bottom plane of the disc head is tightly adhered to the workpiece, reducing the risk of looseness. |

Carton Packaging | Outer Cartonbox Packaging | Pallet Packaging |
Bolts are packed in neutral packaging boxes, with standard quantities arranged in small cartons. The exact number of units per carton will be confirmed with the customer to align with their specific requirements. Customized packaging configurations are available upon request. | The small cartons are then consolidated into larger master cartons for secure transportation and storage. The quantity per master carton can be customized based on client specifications or aligned with standard logistical requirements. | The palletized units are securely wrapped with waterproof film and reinforced with packaging straps. Customer-specific shipping marks or labels are affixed to each pallet, ensuring clear identification and compliance with logistics requirements. This final packaging stage guarantees weather-resistant protection and stability during transportation. |
