Characteristics and Performance of Magnetic Levitation Motor Bearings
High-speed design, with bearings featuring short-term ultra-high-speed performance;
A full complement ceramic ball bearing structure with fill holes and without a cage allows for greater load capacity;
Open fit and larger radial clearance enable the bearing to accommodate significant acceleration;
Utilization of high-purity alloy steel and special heat treatment processes significantly enhances the bearing's impact resistance, providing protection against damage more than 10 times over;
The inner ring of the bearing is coated with molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant to prevent seizure or adhesion between the rotor shaft diameter and the inner diameter of the protective bearing under conditions of high speed and large acceleration;
Corrosion-resistant treatment on both the inner and outer rings of the bearing prevents rusting and failure due to prolonged periods of non-operation of the protective bearing.
