Product Description:

The sand pump is a newly developed supporting pump for the characteristics of oil and gas drilling equipment. It adopts an axial suction structure, horizontal or vertical structure, and is composed of a motor, a pump seat, a pump casing, an impeller, etc. It is connected by a shear coupling (horizontal sand pump) or a plum blossom coupling (vertical structure), a mechanical or combined sealing structure, and a combination of main and auxiliary impellers. The flow-through parts are wear-resistant cast iron, suitable for conveying corrosive drilling fluids with suspended particles or other liquid media in similar working conditions. It is the best supporting pump for desanders, desilters, and mixing funnels, and is also an ideal priming pump for mud pumps.

The HSB series centrifugal sand pumps produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro are mainly used to support the circulating solid control system of oilfield drilling rigs. Among them, HSB10×8×14 centrifugal sand pump is mainly suitable for drilling rigs above 3000m, and drilling projects with relatively large drilling fluid viscosity and specific gravity; HSB8×6×14 centrifugal sand pump is mainly used for drilling rigs above 3000m; HSB8×6×11 centrifugal sand pump is mainly used for drilling rigs below 3000m, and can also be used as a perfusion pump to supply slurry to the three-cylinder mud pump; HSB6×5×11 centrifugal sand pump is generally used for vehicle-mounted drilling rigs or small drilling rigs; HSB4×3 centrifugal sand pump is matched with a metering tank, usually called a metering pump or a supply pump; HSB3×2 centrifugal sand pump is generally used as a clean water pump.

1. Adopting international advanced high wear-resistant carbide mechanical seal, long seal life, auxiliary seal is packing seal, can prevent accidents;

2. Sand pump bearings use imported bearings to ensure long operation time and stable operation of sand pump;

3. Bearings use two lubrication methods, lubricating oil and grease, which greatly prolongs service life;

4. Adopting thicker pump casing than conventional design, more reasonable flow channel line, reducing turbulence to a minimum;

5. The pump body adopts open structure, suitable for conveying high viscosity drilling fluid, and more convenient installation, repair and maintenance;

6. Impeller and flow parts are all made of high wear-resistant cast iron to ensure wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the service life is increased by 50%.
