The single component pneumatic airless sprayer offers the ultimate
combination of power and portability, giving you the ability to
spray tough materials in the most challenging situations and
approved for hazardous locations. These High Quality, High Volume
and High Pressure pneumatic airless sprayers are ideal for
protective coating projects like a bridge, ship tank, or even just
a touch-up project. The system provides the applicator output
values, pressure ratios and pumping capacities to outperform and
outlast all other sprayers in its class. They easily handle the
toughest protective coatings, corrosion control, waterproofing and
fireproofing materials. These High-pressure, high-performance pumps
include a well proven, reliable air exchange valve that provides a
quick changeover reducing pulsation.
Pneumatic spraying airless pumps - Protective coating Zhongren produces spray painting groups and units for industrial
finishing and protective coatings: the high-pressure pneumatic
sprayers, available in different models and configurations, are
suitable to use a wide range of medium-solid paint products and
protective materials at high thickness.
Airless equipment allows you to spray: paint products at ambient temperature, diluted if necessary to
obtain the right viscosity point required by the application heated
materials to decrease the degree of viscosity, to atomize the paint
at a lower pressure to reduce the amount of thinner used. It is
possible to recirculate the heated product in the high pressure
hoses which bring the material to the spay gun, to avoid the
product cooling during spraying pauses. During the high pressure
painting process the pressure can reach up to 500 bar, but using a
heated products it is possible to reduce the working pressure by
50%. The spray packages are equipped with functional and
professional accessories that guarantee the maximum efficiency and
operation: airless guns and spray nozzles available in a wide range
of sizes to be able to use different materials with only one piece
of equipment, high pressure hoses available in different lengths to
allow the passage of the product quickly.
