The steel structure warehouse is mainly composed of three
indispensable parts: the main load-bearing frame, the outer
envelope system and auxiliary facilities. The main load-bearing
frame is made of I-shaped steel columns and steel beams, and a
strong skeleton structure is created by combining high-strength
friction bolt connection with submerged arc welding technology.
Depending on the storage needs, it can be designed in a variety of
forms, such as a long-span single-layer structure for bulk cargo
storage, a multi-level structure that integrates storage and
sorting areas, or a structure equipped with an overhead crane to
handle heavy cargo.
The envelope system is constructed using leading-edge materials.
The exterior walls are made of polyurethane sandwich panels, and
the roof is made of weather-resistant galvanized steel, which
provides excellent thermal, waterproofing and acoustic insulation
while maintaining a sleek and modern look.
Ancillary facilities include intelligent storage systems (automated
storage and retrieval systems, stacking cranes), temperature
control systems, fire protection systems, and access control
