Prefabricated Steel Structure Children's Hospital Building
Community Health Center
Product Introduce
Not only were we tasked with designing, value engineering and
manufacturing the steel, but we also imported IMP from Spain to
supply all the windows and doors, as well as plasterboard, columns,
sinks and even toilets. To make things even more challenging, the
client needed everything on one ship, almost 200 containers. We had
to assemble all the steel, panels and fittings in rented warehouses
in order to pack and deliver all the materials at once. From start
to finish, all of this was completed within 6 months, which
required some special co-ordination!
Great work begins with co-operation.
In a successful partnership, a state-of-the-art children's hospital
was born in just one year!
The hospital will provide more than 160 beds for children in
Malinga, Paraná, Brazil. The city urgently needs a new hospital -
the existing one is often overcrowded. Our client is an
international organisation committed to promoting global economic,
social, cultural, political and sustainable development.
Tight timeframe + targeted project (children's hospital) +
extensive supply chain and logistical requirements = this job
required an experienced steel building fabricator who was able and
willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Our customers have high expectations.Have the right team, values
and expertise to make it happen.
We chartered a container ship! This work has its challenges, such as
coordinating and integrating hundreds of containers of construction
materials and accessories that need to be stored, loaded and
transported on a single ship. The hospital consists of 13 structures
connected by a central corridor and houses a paediatric intensive
care unit, a surgical centre with four operating theatres, a
teaching and research centre for rare diseases, laboratories, an
imaging centre, a dialysis centre, a pharmacy, and more.
These challenging and impactful projects are the pillars of our
pride and success.
