GGG50 Composite Exhaust Valve Mainly Used In Fluid Pipeline Systems
This is a composite exhaust valve, which is mainly used in fluid pipeline systems such as water supply and drainage, municipal pipelines, and water conservancy projects to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the pipeline and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system. The core functions and structures are disassembled:
Key role: "Exhaust Guardian" of pipelines
Exhaust air: When the pipeline is filled with water for the first time/in
long-term operation, the dissolved gas in the water and the
residual gas in the pipeline will form air blockage, resulting in
poor water flow and idling of the water pump. The exhaust valve can
automatically exhaust air to allow the water to flow smoothly and
improve the efficiency of water delivery (for example, the
municipal water supply main pipe can reduce the risk of "water
hammer" after exhaust and protect the pipeline).
Exhaust biogas/harmful gas: In the sewage pipeline network, organic matter decomposes to
produce biogas and other gases, and the accumulation will squeeze
the water flow space and corrode the pipeline. The exhaust valve
can discharge these gases in time to avoid pipeline bursting and
odor leakage.
Structure & Principle
Valve body (blue main body):
The material is mostly ductile iron (anti-corrosion spray
treatment), which is pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant,
and suitable for buried/open-air environments. The bottom flange
connects the pipeline for easy installation.
The surface castings (such as "DN80, DN150, DN200" and "PN10,
PN10") are specification parameters: DN refers to the nominal
diameter (pipe adaptation size), and PN refers to the pressure
rating (the pressure range that can be tolerated).
Exhaust assembly (top metal mesh + valve cover):
Metal mesh (porous structure): When the gas rises, it enters the
exhaust cavity through the mesh holes, while blocking the water
flow from spraying out (to prevent water from splashing out of the
valve body when the pipeline water pressure fluctuates).
There is a float + sealing mechanism in the valve cover: when the
pipeline is full of water, the float floats up to close the exhaust
port to prevent water leakage; when the pipeline is inlet/stored,
the float drops and the gas is discharged from the exhaust port.
Application scenario
Municipal water supply: urban water supply mains, community secondary water supply
pipelines, installing exhaust valves can avoid "gas blockage" and
ensure stable water pressure for high-rise residents.
Sewage pipe network: sewage treatment plant water inlet pipes, urban drainage mains,
timely discharge of methane to prevent pipeline corrosion and
explosion.
Water conservancy projects: irrigation channels, reservoir water pipelines, exhausting air can
improve water delivery efficiency and avoid water flow
interruption.
Simply put, this is the "breathing valve" of the pipeline, which
automatically responds to the "air intake - exhaust - water stop"
requirements by mechanical structure, silently guarding the safety
of the pipeline network and reducing the risk of pipe burst and
water outage~
