What is Nerve Myelin Stain(Luxol Fast Blue Method) ?
Myelin sheath is a tubular sheath that wraps outside the nerve axon. It is segmental, that is, the axon is wrapped segment by segment, and the semi-naked narrow part between every two segments has no myelin sheath, which is called Nodes of Ranvier.
