Mirror sandblasting machine is a specialized device designed to
achieve a high-gloss, mirror-like finish on workpiece surfaces by
propelling fine abrasives—such as glass beads or ceramic
micro-powder—at high velocity. The system operates using compressed
air or centrifugal force to accelerate abrasive particles toward
the metal surface. Upon impact, the abrasively remove oxides,
burrs, and micro-scale irregularities, while simultaneously
inducing plastic deformation that refines the surface grain
structure. This process results in a smooth, reflective mirror
finish, with a surface roughness (Ra) capable of reaching 0.1μm or
lower.

stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with surface roughness reaching
optical grade standards.
2. Controllable process: By adjusting the abrasive type (glass

achieved.

recycling, with dust removal system, reduce waste and pollution of
consumables.
4. Automatic adaptation: CNC machine models can be programmed to
operate, suitable for complex surfaces (such as medical devices,
molds).
