Precision Unidirectional Flow Polishing System
One-Way Automatic Circulation Polishing Machine is an automated
equipment that uses unidirectional flow abrasive media to achieve
efficient surface treatment.Its working principle is to drive the polishing abrasive (such as
diamond micropowder, ceramic particles and other suspensions) to
circulate in a single direction through a pump pressure system, and
remove the microscopic protrusions of the material through the
micro-cutting and rolling action of the abrasive particles when
flowing through the workpiece surface, so as to achieve precision
polishing (Ra 0.01-0.1μm). The system is equipped with an automatic
filtration and recovery device, which can purify and recycle the
abrasive in real time, significantly reducing the cost of
consumables.
