The Cement Tanker Trailer, model SY9228GLFC, is a specialized two-axle trailer designed for the efficient transportation of dry bulk cement. The trailer has overall dimensions of 11,000 mm in length, 2,500 mm in width, and 3,900 mm in height, providing a substantial yet manageable footprint for road transport. It features a self-bearing mild-steel cylindrical tank with a low center of gravity, ensuring stability during transit. The tank is divided into one compartment and has a thickness of 5 mm, designed to withstand a test pressure of 3 bar and a maximum working pressure of 2 bar. The working temperature range is from -20°C to 50°C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.

The tank is equipped with two manholes (DN500) featuring safety valves and quick-release lids for easy access and maintenance. A walkway with a collapsible handrail and folding ladder is provided for safe access to the tank top. The discharge system includes two outlet cones with a diameter of 850 mm, each fitted with an aeration pad to facilitate the smooth discharge of cement. The material outlets have a diameter of 100 mm and are equipped with manual valves, leading to a common discharge pipe.

The trailer is supported by two 13-ton BPW or FUWA axles, ensuring robust load-bearing capacity and stability. It is fitted with 11R22.5 tires and rims, with options for different brands. The suspension system is mechanical, with an optional air suspension available for enhanced ride comfort and load handling. The braking system includes WABCO ABS, providing reliable stopping power and safety.

Electrical systems are comprehensive, featuring a 7-socket setup for connectivity. The trailer's steel parts undergo sandblasting before painting, with the tank and chassis painted according to customer preferences. Additional accessories include aluminum side protection, PVC hose carriers on both sides, PVC mudguards, and a toolbox for storing essential equipment.

Optional features include a BDW-10/2 compressor and a 4100P10 power unit, enhancing the trailer's functionality and versatility. The kingpin is a JOST C200 2.0" (50#) with an option for a 3.5" (90#) model, and the landing gear is also from the reputable JOST brand.
