Constructed with durability in mind, the dump truck is equipped with four 13T FUWA/BPW axles, providing stability and weight distribution. The suspension system can be either leaf spring or air suspension, offering flexibility based on the specific needs of the load and operating conditions. The truck is fitted with 16 tires, sized 12.00R20, and rims sized 8.5-20 or 9.0-20, ensuring durability and performance on various road conditions.

The main beam of the truck is made from Q345 steel, with a height of 500 mm. The chassis features an upper plate of 14 mm, a lower plate of 16 mm, and a mid web of 12 mm, ensuring a strong and durable structure. The dump box has a bottom thickness of 8 mm and side thickness of 6 mm, providing resistance to wear and tear from heavy loads.

Safety and reliability are key features of this dump truck. It is equipped with a dual-line pneumatic brake system with a WABCO emergency relay valve, ensuring reliable stopping power. The hydraulic cylinder is from HYVA, offering efficient and reliable operation for tilting the dump box. The kingpin is interchangeable between 2' and 3.5', and the landing gear can handle up to 28 tons with a two-speed manual operation.

The electrical system operates at 24V and includes a 7-way receptacle (7 wire harness) following German standards. The truck is equipped with various lights and reflectors, including rear lights, rear reflectors, turn indicator lights, side reflectors, fog lamps, and number plate lights, ensuring visibility and safety.

The truck undergoes a comprehensive painting process, including shot blasting to SA 2.5 standard, application of primer, and a polyurethane top coat, with a total DFT not less than 100μm. Any color is available upon request. Additional features include a tool box with a set of standard trailer tools and a spare tire carrier for one or two pieces.
