Characteristics:
1. Portable anti-earthquake assemble container adopts the steel structure frame design, with perfect stability, and the wind resistance capacity can be more than100km/h, and the seismic resistance capacity can be more than 8 Grade.

2. This container house consists of chassis, housetop, and wall system. The wall system is made of sandwich panels, and the core material of sandwich panels is EPS/Rock Wool /PU, etc.

3. The thickness is from 50mm to 100mm. The steel sheet is made from colored steel (the Pattern can be optional).

4. The roof and floor are prefabricated at our factory, which is made the installment easier. The roof adopts the overall design, and it has enhanced the airtightness, and water resistance.

Product Processing

The main processes of steel structure components in the workshop are:

1. Cutting
Steel components, such as beams, columns, and plates, are precisely cut to the required dimensions using advanced cutting techniques, such as Automatic laser cutting machine, to ensure accurate fitment during assembly.
2. Assemble
The cut steel pieces are fitted together according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Welding
Welders employ various welding techniques, to join the steel components securely. Welding creates strong and resilient connections, enhancing load-bearing capacity.
4. Rust removal
Before surface treatment, any rust or scale on the steel surfaces must be removed. Techniques like sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning are used to eliminate corrosion, creating a clean and smooth surface.
5. Surface treatment
Spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing according to customer's requirements, so that the surface is not corroded.

Packing and Delivery

Container and pallet packing will protect the surface paint or zinc of the steel structures.
In order to facilitate your installation, we will mark each component in sequence according to the drawings.
