Product Features
Daily maintenance: clean track debris every quarter (use a brush + vacuum cleaner), and drip 1-2 drops of silicone-based lubricant on the wheel bearing (to prevent grease from absorbing dust) to keep it smooth; if there is abnormal noise or large sliding resistance, check the wheel wear and track deformation first.
Replacement logic: When the pulley bracket is deformed, the wheel body is cracked/severely worn (rolling jams), it needs to be replaced as a whole. When replacing, remove the door and window sash (lift it up and push it outward), unscrew the old pulley screws, install the new pulley and debug it to ensure that it fits the track and slides smoothly.
