Our AlTiSiN-coated carbide forming tool is engineered for high-precision profile machining in hardened tool steels. Combining ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide substrate with advanced AlTiSiN nanocomposite coating, this tool delivers 3-5X longer tool life versus conventional TiN-coated tools while maintaining ±0.01mm profile accuracy in demanding die/mold applications. The optimized geometry ensures stable performance across CNC milling, turning, and EDM machining centers.
