Horizontal Ribbon Mixing Mixer for Gypsum Mortar and Easy Operation Advantage
The double-screw mixer realizes efficient mixing by virtue of its unique double-screw belt design. The core lies in two sets of parallel spiral belts with opposite rotation directions-when working, the main spiral belt drives the material to move along the axial direction and the radial direction, while the auxiliary spiral belt drives the material to flow in the opposite direction, forming a strong two-way convection.
The cylinder of the equipment is processed by precision numerical control, and the clearance between the blade and the cylinder wall is strictly controlled at 3-5mm, which completely eliminates the dead angle of materials and endows the equipment with self-cleaning ability. Its mild laminar mixing mode has little shearing force on materials, which can perfectly maintain the original shape of particles, and is especially suitable for the mixing requirements of heat-sensitive materials (such as milk powder and pharmaceutical intermediates) and fragile materials (such as puffed food and instant drinks).
