The spiral welded pipe unit is a standard finalized unit developed
and improved by Duolek Heavy Industries on the basis of absorbing
the essence of foreign forming process technologies and combining
with the actual domestic situation. It is a mature unit with the
most competitiveness and technical characteristics of Duolek Heavy
Industries.
▶ The production process of the spiral welded pipe unit:
- The raw materials are strip steel coils, welding wires, and welding
fluxes. All of them must pass strict physical and chemical
inspections before being put into use.
- The head and tail of the strip steel are butt-welded. Single or
double wire submerged arc welding is adopted, and after being
rolled into a steel pipe, automatic submerged arc welding is used
for repairing welding.
- Before forming, the strip steel goes through processes such as
leveling, edge trimming, edge planing, surface cleaning, conveying,
and pre-bending.
- An electric contact pressure gauge is used to control the pressure
of the oil cylinders on both sides of the conveyor to ensure the
stable conveying of the strip steel.
- A weld seam gap control device is used to ensure that the weld seam
gap meets the welding requirements. The pipe diameter, mismatch
amount, and weld seam gap are all strictly controlled.
- Each batch of steel pipes must undergo a strict inspection system,
checking the mechanical properties of the weld seam, chemical
composition, fusion condition, surface quality of the steel pipe,
and passing non-destructive flaw detection inspection. Only after
ensuring that the pipe manufacturing process is qualified can
formal production be carried out.
▶ Fully automatic steel pipe hydraulic pressure testing machine
The hydraulic pressure testing machine is mainly used for
conducting pressure tests on welded pipes, and it has the functions
of computer recording, storing, printing, and presenting test
results. The pipe diameter range is Φ20-Φ3500mm, and the test
pressure is 10-110MPa.
▶ Fully Automatic Pipe Beveling & Chamfering MachineThis machine processes pipe ends for squaring and beveling,
equipped with profiling chamfering tools for uniform, aesthetic
results. It complies with standards including API-5L, API-5CT, BS1387-85,
ASTM, and GB9711.
▶ Ultrasonic Flaw Detector (UT)
Automatically alarms and spray-marks defects for operator
adjustment.
Sections with continuous UT markings undergo manual UT and X-ray
reinspection.
Repaired defects are retested via NDT until confirmed fully
resolved.
▶ X-ray Pipe Inspection System
Seamlessly integrated with production lines, this highly automated
system meets control and management requirements for pipe
manufacturers, boasting a leading domestic market share in steel
pipe production.
Before leaving the factory, each device undergoes operational
testing and precision inspection. Each device undergoes
comprehensive operation debugging and precision inspection before
leaving the factory. Only equipment that meets high standard
requirements in all indicators will be delivered to customers,
providing reliable quality assurance and reducing the risk of
equipment failure during use.

Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70%
before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
